Prescription for Self Love

Hey Now!

We completed week one of Summer Glo UP! Whoo hoo!

So were you able to incorporate any of the “8 Habits of Incredibly Happy Woman” into your daily routine?

I decided #7  was the one I needed in my life honey! I am a control freak and a perfectionist. This causes me a significant amount of unnecessary stress. Not only does this cause me a large amount of stress, it also consumes alot of my time. I was constantly re-doing things over and over again. I spent tooo much time on one task. I also had to learn that not every day will go smoothly and not to let 5 bad minutes disrupt  the flow of my entire day. When I have a difficult moment, I close my eyes for a few seconds, take a few dull body deep breaths and visualize myself being engulfed in the color yellow. The color yellow is my happy color! It evokes positive energy and a overwhelming sense of joy! After doing this I am ready to tackle the rest of my day. Give it a try!
