The Ten Steps to Happy journal is amazing. The journal prompts makes it easy to write out your feelings and the exercises help process those feelings. It was refreshing to practice daily affirmations at each step. I thoroughly enjoyed each action step. Veronica’s journal will assist you with restructuring negative thoughts and learning how to be one with the mind. It will also give you clarity at each step. My takeaway from completing the journal is we are the author of our own stories and we can only control what we do. This journal was very impactful.
